My youngest child turned 3 this weekend. I just can't believe how time flies! Wasn't he a newborn just yesterday?
How funny that on the same day a friend shared a breastfeeding advertisement with me. It is so beautiful that it made me cry. Breastfeeding is such a fabulous experience! I hope that it will bring a lot of moms to start this adventure. I wouldn't have thought one day that I would still nurse a 3yo, but here am I and I just even can't imagine to wean him before he is ready to.
Mon petit dernier a tout juste eu 3 ans ce weekend. Que le temps passe vite ! Ne vient-il pas juste de naitre ? C'est amusant parce que ce jour-même une amie a partagé une pub sur l'allaitement qui m'a émue aux larmes. L'allaitement est une expérience fabuleuse et cette vidéo le rend tellement bien ! J'espére qu'elle convaincra de nombreuses maman a tenter cette aventure. Je n'aurais jamais pensé un jour allaiter un enfant de 3 ans, et pourtant c'est le cas et je ne peux imaginer le sevrer avant qu'il ne soit prêt.

happy birthday to him (and to you!) i too am still nursing my now 4 year old, something i never thought i would do (especially nurse through this pregnancy). it's such a wondrous experience, like you say. wouldn't trade it for the world.
